There’s no way we can cover any of those in depth in an email, so use this as a troubleshooting guide to see where you can improve. I’ll include lots of links.

Friends With Benefits Rule 1 – Obviously, you need to meet and attract women.

It doesn’t matter if you meet her at a bar, coffee shop, or through friends, you need to create attraction.

But it’s not just any kind of attraction. If she sees you as a potential boyfriend, she might hold off with you to keep you interested – even if she’s having sex with someone else.

(Put it this way. Most young attractive women are having sex with someone. If it’s not you, who?) The kind of attraction you want will come from:

• Teasing: Raises her energy and buying temperature

• Role-Plays: Great for sexualizing the conversation without being sleazy

• Rock-solid Presence: Different women look for different things in a boyfriend. But for a friend with benefits, they want the alpha male.

… and most of all:

• Strong Body Language and Physical Escalation: Most women want to be seduced, not propositioned. Your body language, the rhythm of your voice, and how you touch her (appropriately, in public) are crucial for her to be sexually attracted to you.

Friends With Benefits Rule 2 – Set her expectations

Like I said in my relationship management DVD course, “relationship management begins before you sleep with her.”

The course covers getting a long-term girlfriend, multiple simultaneous girlfriends, friends with benefits, and one-night stands, but setting expectations is especially important if you want a friend with benefits.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do this.

The wrong way is to be blatant. If you tell a woman, “Hey, I just want to be clear, this is just sex; I don’t want you to get the wrong idea,” you may lose her even if she originally wanted the exact same thing as you. She may feel devalued, like you’re just using her or you don’t think she’d be good enough to date.

One of the top dating coaches in the world by the name of Braddock solved this problem by introducing a false barrier when things get hot and heavy. He’ll say something like, “Wait… are you going to be the ‘what are we?’ girl after this? [quick pause] Oh my God, you are, aren’t you?” She’ll rush to object that she’s cool and not a drama queen, etc. Without making her feel awkward, you’ve set expectations.

Friends With Benefits Rule 3 - Be Good in Bed

A few simple things that can also help. These aren’t as big factors as the three we just covered, but every advantage helps:

• Don’t see her more than once a week; if you do, she’s likely to develop expectations no matter what she says.

• A “What are you doing?” text message after about 11pm is the internationally recognized signal for a booty call. If she answers, follow up with “let’s hang out.”

• Don’t confuse her expectations by doing “boyfriend things” like taking her to dinner and the movies or calling her randomly to talk about your day. Going out for drinks with her (as long as it ends in something) is totally okay.

• This is all covered on the Beyond Words DVDs, but while you’re waiting for them to arrive, know that you will be 10x as sexually attractive just by doing the basics: talk slowly, hold eye contact, make slow, deliberate movements, keep shoulders back and chin up, use your chest voice, etc. (For the physical escalation / kino stuff you really need to see the video demonstrations; I can’t do justice to them here.)

• Keep your darn mouth shut. The world is often a lot smaller than it seems. I’ve had a “10″ runway model turn me down because she heard that I had a threesome with her friend. Braddock solved this problem with “waterfall theory” but you’re still better off preventing it from coming up in the first place.

Foreplay Orgasms

These orgasms take place during foreplay (or “pre-penetration” as I like to call it).

Foreplay orgasms are so important. They allow your lover to “warm up” and have multiple orgasms later when you penetrate her =)

Every GREAT lover should have the following foreplay orgasms in his playbook:

• Nipple Orgasm -Not all women can have an orgasm through nipple stimulation alone, but since a personally know a few who can I had to put it in here to make the article complete!

• Clitoral Orgasm – This orgasm concentrates on the clitoris. Not as intense as the deep spot and other vaginal orgasms but still a great warm up and relatively easy to give.

• “Deep Spot” Orgasm – The “deep spot” orgasm is often the first time many woman have a true “internal” orgasm, as it’s usually easier for a woman to have one of these than it is for her to have one during sex.

• “G-Spot” Orgasm – Similar to the deep spot orgasm but not quite as intense. Still a great orgasm to have in the bag of tricks to get her “primed” for multiples during sex.

Now let’s talk about some of the orgasms women are capable of having during PENETRATION:

Penetration Orgasms

• Vaginal Orgasm – Normal orgasm while you are inside of her, much like the “deep spot” orgasm. Usually more intense than any foreplay orgasm but for some woman very difficult to achieve. Far easier to achieve AFTER a foreplay orgasm.

• Anal orgasm – This happens when you have a clitoral or vaginal orgasm during “rear entry”. It feels very different to a girl than a clitoral or vaginal orgasm alone =)

• Multiple Orgasms – Multiple orgasms are when your lover has an orgasm and you give her another (or many) orgasms right after. This is different than the continuous orgasm which is described next.

• Continuous Orgasm – This is when your girl has an orgasm but instead of letting her sexual excitement come down (as many women think they have to because they are sensitive) you INSTEAD keep going and often even harder. This causes her to start orgasming UNCONTROLLABLY and over and over. With a continuous orgasm she will often be EXHAUSTED after and will always say she had not idea how many orgasms she had. 99% of women need to be verbally talked through a continuous orgasm as it is rare that previous lovers have EVER given this to her. She also has no way to do this herself through masturbation. If you give your girl this she just might become sexually addicted to you, so only do this with a girl you REALLY like!

I saved one of the best lessons for last, and I mean it. There are few things that turn a girl on MORE than a guy who commands authority in the bedroom. When you act like a man it makes us feel like women =)

There are a lot of ways to be authoritative with your girl. Here are six you can use to get on the right track, tonight!

1) Take charge!

This starts right from the beginning. Don’t ASK for sex. Just make your move! YOU must lead the interaction.

Here’s a great way to show her you’re in control: Once you have her turned on, naked, and ready to go, tell her she isn’t ready yet.

Tease her, and tell her she has to beg for it before you will give it to her.

Then tell her what positions to get in, tell her what to say, tell her whatever… just make sure you are leading!

Make her orgasm on your command. When she is getting close, tell her you want her to come for you.OR tell her she isn’t allowed to come until you say it’s OK. Then keep doing her hard and make her wait for your OK.

2) Talk dirty

The whole authority thing backfires if you proceed to have silent sex with me!

Start early… If you’re meeting up with your girl later, call or text her ahead of time and tell her you’re going to do bad things to her. Tell her she better be ready.

Don’t know what to say once you are all over each other? Start by just describing what you’re doing, then tell her what you’re about to do to her.

Tell me what positions to get into. Tell me to talk dirty to you, tell me whatever, but save the “I Love You’s” for another day!

3) Do me hard!

You can’t be authoritative if you aren’t giving it to me hard, plain and simple. Save the sensitive love-making for another time. You have to put me in positions that are good for this – doggystyle is GREAT and so are a lot of other positions I cover in 2 Girls Teach Sex (duh =) )

But don’t confuse hard with fast. You don’t have to be pounding away like a jackhammer -just full, hard, and deep.

Get Physical! Gently but firmly pull her hair from the back near the roots, slap her lightly on the ass, throw her onto the bed, “mock” rip her clothes off with your teeth!

The Types of  Threesome

At this series were going to talk about two types of threesome. They are mostly know as the MFM and the FMF. MFM threesome is composed of two Males and a Female. The FMF threesome is done by two Females and a Male. Threesome’s are mostly done because of fantasy. A girl may want to be dominated by guys and does she may want to have a MFM type of threesome.
